The Core 3 Methods Personal Training Sessions
- All personal training sessions are 45 minutes in length. Anything over will be counted as second session and a second coach will be given to ensure you are maximizing your time and trainings here with us at The Core 3
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- A “no call, no show” or failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in the session being charged to your account.
- Members may be contacted by staff in the event of a missed session or late cancellation.
Academic Requirements for Athletes
- Athletes must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA in order to continue participating in training sessions.
- Proof of GPA may be requested periodically to verify eligibility.
Group Training
- Group training 10 or more individuals to a session
- 45-1hr session
Cancelations needed 24 hrs in advance
