The Core 3 Methods Personal Training Sessions

  • All personal training sessions are 45 minutes in length. Anything over will be counted as second session and a second coach will be given to ensure you are maximizing your time and trainings here with us at The Core 3

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • A “no call, no show” or failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in the session being charged to your account.
  • Members may be contacted by staff in the event of a missed session or late cancellation.

Academic Requirements for Athletes

  • Athletes must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA in order to continue participating in training sessions.
  • Proof of GPA may be requested periodically to verify eligibility.

Group Training

  • Group training 10 or more individuals to a session
  • 45-1hr session
